Keeping Williamson County one of the safest places in Tennessee will remain a top priority

I support ensuring our law enforcement and other public safety agencies have the personnel, training, equipment, and technology they need to best protect the citizens in our community. To this end I will continue supporting strong partnerships between public safety agencies and the community while maintaining accountability and transparency.

Traffic and Growth

Growth must be managed responsibly and with the needed infrastructure to support it.

I will continue advocating for transportation improvements and road projects. We need long term planning that help reduce congestion that preserves the quality of life that makes Williamson County special. Future development should be thoughtful, sustainable, and balanced with the needs of existing residents.

Williamson County Schools

Williamson County Schools are one of our community's greatest strengths, and I want to keep them the best in the state.

As our population continues to grow, we must plan for new school capacity, support our teachers, and ensure students have access to safe, high quality learning environments. I will continue working to make sure taxpayer dollars are invested wisely in education while maintaining high academic standards.

Williamson Health

Williamson Health is a tremendous asset to our community and has served Williamson County residents exceptionally well for many years.

While important discussions about its future may arise, I believe it is important to gather all the facts before making major decisions. I will approach those decisions with an open mind, carefully evaluate the information available, and always put the interests of Williamson County residents first.

Taxes and Spending

County government should live within its means and be a responsible steward of taxpayer dollars. Taxpayers deserve a government that continually looks for opportunities to improve performance, eliminate waste, and make the best use of every dollar entrusted to it.

I support a comprehensive review of how services are delivered across county government to ensure taxpayer dollars are being used as efficiently and effectively as possible. With the county’s schools being a large majority of the county’s budget, the Commission and the School Board must collaborate to find savings and ensure that these funds are prioritized for classroom instruction.

I approach my role as County Commissioner with the same principles that guided my career in law enforcement and the practice of law: preparation, fairness, and accountability.

I remain committed to listening to residents, asking thoughtful questions, and making decisions that serve the long-term interests of Brentwood and Williamson County.
